Self esteem is an enormous subject for women who have been punished by our worlds’ overly perfectionistic view of female beauty. Women are not only judged harshly by the media and men, but sometimes by each other! It is my mission to help and support women in our development of a strong and resilient self-esteem that will help us to let go of the negative messages that we allow to dictate and color our opinions of ourselves. In this video, I explain 5 of my favorite self esteem simple tips that any women can use and practice. This is not to say that they are necessarily easy to do, just that by repetition they will open up a space for your self esteem or self love to expand.
The majority of my work is helping people to look their best on the outside, however, self esteem begins in your mind and heart. My belief is that we need to work on the inner and the outer and have them merge in a peaceful spot in between where self care and self love meet in beautiful union. This merging is completely individual and looks differently to each person, therefore pick which of these 5 tips resonates with you the most and enjoy!
